mganda nga cgurong matawag n city ang DASMA… but still.. an dmi nitong negative effects for us.. people living here..

kapag nging independent body n kc ang Dasma.. lahat ng kita nito s atin lng… >>> mganda un..
pero xempre para mkakuha ng kita.. kukunin un s pgtaas ng mga taxes .. s pmamagitan ng pagtaas ng bilihin.. bayad s lupa.. ts ung mga permit.. even ung small sari-sari store.. they will pay DOUBLE s binabayad nila ngaun.. ts lht ng establishments, bahay at kung anu-ano pa ay lalagyan ng mga “plaka” >>sort of… ts my bayad un..

CITY: it is often easy to find jobs here.. marami ng transpo.. marami ng magandang lugar n pwedeng puntahan and you can eat n s mga high class restaurants— xempre kc city n kaya ms mxrap n mga food,,…<<< marami n ring parks where you can relax.. All in all, city life is full of bustle and variety you need…. never feel bored..

pero xempre kung merong advantages.. meron ding disadvantages..: meron k ngang trabaho but you cannot afford buying things coz living in CITY is VERY EXPENSIVE..! and transportations may become super dirty and full especially during rush hour.. and parks may become crowded esp. during Sundays when dwellers wnted space.. and s kabila ng super CROWDED area.. you will still feel lonely and alone in the CITY..! SUPER HIGHER CRIME RATES.. pollution, traffic.. mas marami ng mawawalan ng tirahan..  ts magiging inferior ung public schoolss..!!

in short: LIVING IN THE CITY IS MOST APPEALING TO YOUNG PEOPLE COZ THEY’RE STILL INDEPENDENT AND THEY WANTED THE EXCITEMENT OF THE CITY AND DON’T CARE ABOUT THE POLLUTION AND NOISE..! AT XEMPRE PG TUMANDA N THEY WANT FRESH AIR.. THEN THEY WILL REALIZE.. IT’S TOO LATE..!

this is the third time na ipinasa ito s congress..
before.. the BARZAGA’S were against of this plebiscite kc nga kung hindi mgling ung mga nanunugkulan.. prng mapupunta lng s wla lhat..! as in prng ‘hinuhuthutan’ lng tau to have big money…
but now.. I was really puzzled.. n they are now wanting this.. na makalusot to and for Dasmariñas to become a city..!!
>>>duh?!! But i’m not saying n they want fame or what..! maganda kc ung titulo n CIITY MAYOR and juz in case n lumusot to.. they will be the “first ones” to be called CITY MAYOR.. and this is a very great privileged for them…

in some studies.. ang DASMA is not yet developed to become a CITY.. we’re only juz a third of it.. nagccmula p lng tau..

for example..  see what is happening now to CAVITE CITY>.??  they are now wanting their CITY TITLE to be removed.. why? kc pabagsak n cla..>>> sorry for the term…
i mean.. sobrang mahal n kc tlga ng bilihin tas mababa n ung income nila and they can not stand alone now..

on other researches.. kaya gusto n maging CITY ang DASMA kc 2/3 ng mga tao s pilipinas ay nandito..
pero gaya nga ng sabi ko..
hindi p tau fully developed..

ts cguro iniisip ntin n pwede na tayo ngaun mging city kc ‘ok’ nmn ung namumuno stin.. kc s patuloy n pagpapatayo ng mga “center islands” and other establishments.. pero skto lng ung timing nila kc para s ELECTION this 2010.. pag nakapagbigay n kc cla ng COC or CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY.. bwl n cla mgpatayo or glawin ung nasasakupan nila.. kaya hinahabol lng nila ngaun…
